Jogue em uma bancada e sove a massa.<br /><br /><b>Reheio:</b><br />Tempere o peito de frango desfiado a seu gosto ou ainda pode usar esta massa para fazer bolinhas de queijo. Eu fiz a mistura uma noite antes para a carne ficar bem temperada.<br />Agora so seguir os passos abaixo demonstrados na foto acima:<br /><br /><b>1 -</b>Com a ajuda de uma colher espalhe a mistura em cima de um plástico (aqueles de congelar alimentos) de formando um retangulo de + ou - 0,35cm X 0,25cm, <br /><br /><b>2 -</b> Jogue as azeitona picadas (pode pular esta etapa caso não deseje colocar azeitonas) e por cima coloque o presunto e por último a mussarela,<br /><br /><b>3 -</b> Com a ajuda do plástido comece a enrolar para formar o rocambole,<br /><br /><b>4 -</b> Arrume as bordas e a emenda com a mão, e deixe a emenda virada para baixo na forma. Nesse momento pode enrolar os bacons ao redor se desejar, <br /><br />Arrume o rocambole em uma forma untada com oléo e cubra com papel alumínio e leve ao forno médio 180C pré-aquecido por + ou - 20 min. a 30 min.. Coloque água suficiente para cobrir os tomates.
